Being a mom is super tough sometimes, it's a balance of what you need to do with whatbyou may or may not want to do but MUST do and some days it's just like BLAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH lol well at least for me anyway! Lol BUT I have found that with my planner and updated things I've been using to keep me on track that it all boils down to a routine! Well my routine isn't perfect but for me it's GREAT and has lead me to much peace along with a plan for success!! So today part of my 12 week challenge to confidence makeover, I'm just going to share my TOP productivity hacks
Alright we are on our way!! It's week 3 and I'm feeling FABULOUS for a few reasons right. Number One I'm happy to say I am down another 3lbs and I'm 5 lbs away from hitting my first goal!! So that has already BOOSTED my confidence quite a bit! Remember last week we discussed how a small win can boost your confidence and that's ONE thing that helped me this week! Another is my planner peace!!! Yes I have found Planner peace and I'm EXCITED because I have a system that works for ME... I'm a busy mom of 3 and business owner and often times I want my planner to be beautiful and give me something I WANT to look at but I also wanted to really make the MOST of the time I spend planning and allow me to get ahead of the game. What do I mean? Well.... my planner now has so many uses it also helps me map out my week for my social media and my home biz tasks and the method works so well I will also make a version for my home tasks so that I can make a cleaning schedule (maybe next week's blog will show this one) but here is what I came up with using a tip from a Planner group on Facebook about using a transparency to track repetitive tasks.
Ok so first and foremost here is my planner spread for the week (happy Planner classic) and I used some washi for the borders and mostly MAMBI stickers and social stamps I got from a kit I found at Michael's for $5 as well as a few studio l2e stamps to mark conference calls, water intake, home tasks and more... now the placing of the social media stamps is strategic because it helps me know when and where to schedule posts for the week on my FB fan page (and personal page) because sometimes I totally space out or I get caught up with the kids and miss posting something important at the right time (for instance to remind my team of a training or to make an online party)
. Using a dashboard kit I purchased from Michael's, some thin washi tape and a permanent sharpie pen (permanent so it doesn't smear but it can STILL be wiped off from this surface- this way I can chances around the tasks if I want to. For my particular way I set up my posting/sharing I like to mix in my product posts with my inspirational quotes and I also like to make sure I mix up when I work on which social media platform i.e. FB vs IG or twitter. This way I can focus my Time and not feel like I'm all over the place AND with the help of apps like buffer or hootsuite and grim.co I can set up my posts in advance and the posts will share at the perfect time for me! Each Sunday I do the first half of my week it takes me appx an hour to plan 3 posts a day (including making the photos and editing and writing captions with hashtags and scheduling etc. And then on Thursday mornings I finish out the rest of the week's posts/plans. You wouldn't believe how much time this frees up for me AND the relief I get knowing I don't have to stress about what post will go up today or tomorrow and if I miss my "peak" time window because I was busy with the kids or something else because life is CRAZY!
Overall using this method has helped me map out my work week with ease!! Social media is not intimidating because I have a perfect plan each week! Be sure to find a scheduling app that works for you when Pre-planning your posts, I use Buffer Pro and I can posts to several social media platforms and schedule my weeks ahead of time!

Hey Y'all!!! I'm super excited today because the past week has been AMAZING!! Not only do I look better I FEEL better!! I have been taking care of ME and it's been amazing to see how much better I feel, less stress, more energy and more confidence because I'm WINNING!!
Im down a total of about 35lbs!!! I hate restrictive diets and working out doesn't happens every day because life is Crazy!!! BUT progress, not perfection!! I've been using my products and staying happy and healthy as a mom of 3, I often feel lost and sometimes I feel like I have just totally lost myself and it's good to know that I can ALWAYS find myself and in finding myself I get to help others along the way!! Eating healthy is a choice..... staying active and constantly thinking about the healthiest choices for my mind body and soul are a GIVEN!
In addition to losing weight and sticking with my plan, I've been painting more and more and having more fun getting creative with my art! It's been about ten years since I picked my pencil and paintbrush up again and I will forever be grateful to my amazing husband for the PUSH to do what I do best!! Help others and create beautiful art!!
Do you know what your most powerful asset is?? CONFIDENCE!! I mean think about it! Most of the people at the top of their game that continue to win day in and day out are those who are CONFIDENT in their field, they have no doubts or fears because they are confident they can handle it. Confidence leads to more happiness, more money, more success, more power and more fun and healthy relationships! But it's a JOURNEY, not necessarily a single destination that you need to get to and just stay there..... no, it's a daily building experience, it's a daily thing we need to work on and we all want to be more confident. And most people have confidence issues, the truth of the matter is that only 1 out of 3 people have why's considered HIGH self confidence. Sadly the majority of the world is suffering from low self esteem in one form or another. But inside of each of us there is a confident and fierce version of us jist DUING to escape. But we don't just wake up each day and it's like oh hey, I'm confident, let's go, lol it's a daily work, it's a daily process and you should boost your confidence each day like you brush your teeth!

How to build your confidence daily.....
1. Make a decision to commit to making an effort to boost your confidence and work on yourself daily for the next 12 weeks
2. Create a PLAN for your personal development and growth, wrote down areas you aren't so confident in and why
3. Know that YOU are the most important factor to a successful and happy future because YOU have to decide each day to continue to improve, continue to build and grow so you must DECIDE
4. Learn and Grow.... you need to develop a personal development plan because you need to learn and read and grow
5. Make plans and get them DONE! There is no greater confidence boost than the feeling of checking off what's DONE on your to do list!
Did you realize that you carry an atmosphere around you, we all do, and you either project an atmosphere of confidence or insecurity. The atmosphere you create determines your level of success so of course you want a healthy and happy atmosphere of CONFIDENCE. Walt Disney said there is a secret to success hat can be summarized by the 4 c's
curiosity, confidence, courage and consistency. Do YOU have what it takes or do you stay in your comfort zone and not take changes because you are AFRAID?
