So last year I lost almost 75lbs from workout out... Eating right AND using some of the itworks products BUT I am still not where u really want to be.... I'm not rocking that super rock hard body that everyone wants... I'm just thin... And my belly is still not the dreamy 6-pack that I see in my dreams
This consistency and discipline is a mind game.... It might drive you MAD but the idea that you can really do anything based on being consistent and sticking to it! I will transform this year and each day I learn tips and tricks to make things better! EXAMPLE
Today I learned on YouTube hat my motivation Monday videos kinda SUCK lol. But no fear it's a learning process. I wanted to get started right away making videos and one I get he groove my videos will be MUCH better.... You will see 😊
But I am all off subject! Thing is for me it's GO TIME! It's time to focus and finish EVERYTHING I want to! Discipline in my work will stem from discipline I. My personal life and I HAVE been keeping a journal and so far blogging daily so I see that as a WIN!
Whatever your choice is or battler or personal goal make sure you decide that this is it! Seriously... No BS... NO EXCUSES!!
