My Tuesday Tip this week... Get sick and tired of being sick and tired! I mean let's be real with ourselves right, the ONLY reason we ain't meeting our goals and making ish happen is because CLEARLY we are NOT yet sick and tired of being sick and tired. STRAIGHT UP! Because if you are dealing with a moron on the phone and you get tired of them, what do you do? HANG UP... right?!? So why when we get sick of not reaching our goals because we are in our own way, why can't we hang up on ourselves and get FED UP, I mean SO fed up that it forces us into action?!? I think it's possible, my tip to help you get over yourself is to wake up each day and say what you are TIRED OF, and I mean REALLY tired of it! Get over yourself, get out of your own way and MAKE IT DO WHAT IT DO!
Yesterdays Video was about our thinking and how negative thoughts can effect us, THIS is how we get over thinking negativity because if we state what we want to be DONE with as if we are tired of it then we can overcome it! We can take what seems like such a huge mountain and turn it into an ant hill

Well, Issa new week and we are discussing the importance of thoughts and how hey can affect you! This week's quote is awesome to really get you thinking about those negative thoughts. Maybe we don't really think about how detrimental our thoughts can be, probably because we simply aren't really considering Thoughts because we can't physically SEE a thought with our eyes but I assure you they ARE there and they are probably the most influential thing in your entire life because the way we think determines the way we ACT. It also determines the way we feel and usually that comes BEFORE even how we act. Our thoughts can lead us to confidence or fear and usually confidence leads us to take awesome and immediate action but if those thoughts lead to fear or anxiety or doubt, we don't act and in hose few seconds we lose so much because we allow gay negative thought to lead us to frustration and failure. This can't be the case if we want to succeed in both business and life! We MUST go for it no matter how much it scares us! These negative thoughts just simply get in the way!! So this week I encourage you to be very careful with your thoughts and try to think ALL positive thoughts no matter what the situation is.

Ok so I've been MIA for over a week 😳 that was never my intention however as we know life can sometimes throw you that quick curve ball that will have you all mixed up trying to figure out where you left off and for me that tends to happen when I get "behind" and by behind I mean not being AHEAD of the game lol. And that leads me to this week's quote. "If you want to achieve greatness stop asking for permission." Well now this quote is a good one. Often we have so much we can do and there is so much we can BE that we spend more time planning to BE that we can't just BE..... this weekend I started a new book for the month and within the first chapter I immediately realized that I haven't been living up to my full potential and it's probably because I continue to waiver.
My thoughts are often occupied with the thoughts of "can I do this", or "is this really for me" . I'm thankful for my husband because he's great at bringing me back to reality. I doubt my abilities and I doubt if I'm even in the right place but my husband is a constant reminder because he will forever and always as the tough questions to get me back on track. He will always ask "why" I'm doubting myself and I have proven to myself and others already that not only am I capable, but I'm worthy.
The thing is MOST people struggle with themselves all the time, hesitant to be AWESOME even when that's exactly what we were made to be. God doesn't make mediocre beings, he designed us to be great but if we continue to go around like we need someone's permission to be great, that's just absurd, and actually it's a form of fear! You see FEAR is a very very real thing and when we are born, we are only born having just 2 fears built in. One is of falling down and he other fear is of loud noises. Which means every other thing we fear is LEARNED and what's even more important is that it can also be UN learned. So you can teach yourself to overcome your fears consistently because all you have to do is figure out how to unlearn whatever it is you are afraid of, this can go for just about anything really!
So stepping out of our comfort zone is tough, it's scary, it forces us to bend but it doesn't have to break us!! We are designed to be extremely resilient beings however we must KNOW this about ourselves and that is where you must build your overall confidence! Because confidence can be something that will catapult you into true success and happiness! When you accomplish things you get a rush, you feel relieved and PROUD and these are all good things. Yes we should always remain humble but that doesn't mean we can be super stupid excited about all of the DOPE things we do!! Because we truly can!!

Its a Happy Wrap Wednesday here in Pittsburgh! I'm excited to share today's blog with you guys because I KNOW so many people are considering or transitions to Vegan and my husband and I made a decision last month after watching The "What The Health?" Documentary. To be totally honest I didn't think this documentary would have me question my "healthy" eating habits and I was literally thawing chicken for dinner when we watched it and at the end of the movie both Brian and I said THAYS IT! Lol we are doing it! And we haven't purchased any meat products since the. And only a couple of things we had with dairy but Almond Milk all the way and NO EGGS! I'm excited about going 21 days so far and I'm excited to continue this transition. One thing I have learned is that this is a journey you MUST take at your own pace and in your own time you will figure it out! It's more about making steps in the right direction and I feel like we are and we have much more energy and I gained a few lbs at first until I found my groove and now I'm down another 8lbs! You all know that my number one tip for being a productive and effective leader in your business, you want to make sure that you PLAN ahead! I've share before that the planner I use is the Happy planner which I love but I also had started tracking my Blog, writing rompts and website plan in the travelers notebook, but lately I have been searching far and wide for a tracker sheet to use daily to keep my biz in order! I wanted to be able to use this printable to track my daily leads as well as my habits and my social media plan! I finally found some time to create one and I want to share that with you today!! If you have been following me for a while then you know my goal is to help you find a solution so you WIN with your small biz over and over again! It's not about skill it's about discipline really and making a system that works for you. If you don't have your own system then maybe my stake will work for YOU.

But we have to WANT to be GREATER and understand that being greater doesn't mean being someone else, it simply means that you MUST embrace who you ARE and be OK with that! Because you ARE truly DOPE!
What is the BIGGEST issue you have as a homeschooling mom of 3 who also happens to work full time from home?? I'll tell you.... BEING PRODUCTIVE! Lol
Yep I will admit it! It's a STRUGGLE daily because you can easily just go have a seat or take a break and not do anything, it's easier to just flip on the tv or sit down and take a break and before you know it time is gone and it's 5pm and you haven't done anything and it's time for dinner. UGH! Right... ok well maybe I'm the only one lol BUT just in case I'm NOT alone here are my TOP 3 Havks for a productive day!
1. Plan Ahead:
if you know me this is NUMBER ONE to me I plan for each week in advance, each month, each day....
2. Make Lists:
i keep my top priorities front and center each day by making a daily SIX LIST of the top 6 things I need to make sure I complete each day
3. Set Timers:
Last but not least I am able to stay on track by prioritizing my day with tasks and then setting timers for how much time I have to complete the tasks at hand, this way I am always productive and never tired or bored
The ultimate detox: how to detox your mind your body and everything else!
Happy August it's a new month and therefore we're going to do some new things here at dajavi.com I'm excited because today we're going to talk about the ultimate detox!! So as you guys know I'm starting a new 90-day challenge today and there's a few things that I'm doing differently I'm starting yoga I will be vegetarian slightly vegan and I'm actually detoxing in all areas of my life. When you think about a detox you think about cleansing your body of probably just the toxins and getting rid of all the things that are inside your body, right? But in actuality you can detox in so many different areas of your life this can be with your diet or exercise, your family, relationships, friends, finances, and even with your work. Detox means to abstain from or rid the body Toxic unhealthy substances. So then that makes perfect sense right, Because of course we have toxic and unhealthy substances in our lives in our daily lives, our relationships, in our businesses and our bodies. There are toxic things around every corner from the relationships and the way that were spoken to our demeaning boyfriends/girlfriends with verbal abuse.... That's TOXIC! A parent hating a child because of whatever reason they are "disappointed" is TOXIC! Being overworked and under paid is TOXIC, friends who use friends.... Also TOXIC! So I challenge you something today. It's August 1st which means it's the beginning of the eighth month of the year and that's a new beginning so I challenge you today to start with A New Beginning like I am and detox your entire life think about your relationships with friends, family,boyfriends,girlfriends, co workers, you name it! If it seems like it's a bad situation then maybe it's something toxic that you need to detox from your entire life and you can have a new beginning right now by letting go. I also want you to detox your mind by getting rid of all the negative thoughts negative feelings and negative energy about yourself because no matter what you can possibly think you're greater than what you can even imagine. I know that because that's the way that God designed us to be. Think about what you're putting in your body and what it's doing to you and what changes you need to make for your personal life. If you have high cholesterol change your eating habits so that you lower it if you have high blood pressure, change your eating habits so that you can fix that you can be around for your family and your loved ones in the years to come. The idea of the ultimate detox is simply that you can detox and really get rid of all that's bad in your entire life. The 90-day challenge is a great thing because what it does is it get your mind prepared to reset to restart and restart can be a detox. So for me I'm restarting my personal Journey because I want to tighten and tone and I want to reach my personal goals lose a few more pounds and that's going to work for me. So I'll leave you with this, in my opinion there are five main areas in your life that you can actually detox.
1. Your body- by changing your diet or watching what goes in you can minimize the risk of toxins!
2. Relationships- whether it's with family, friends, co workers, a spouse or boyfriend or girlfriend you may need to detox in some areas here and no this doesn't always men you need to "cut people off"
3. In your Home- organization and cleaning can be both therapeutic and detoxifying in a GREAT way! Maybe take a room a day or a week even and slowly purge!
4. Finances - this is one nobody likes to talk about right? But it's critical to see where you are throwing money away so take inventory if you need to, this year is almost over and sorting thru your finances now can help immensely
5. Work! - whether you work a 9-5, part time or even if you are an entrepreneur, sometimes you have to detox from work because of some "toxic" things going on in the atmosphere, hat could be as simple as cleaning out your desk nd filing cabinet or dismissing a customer or employee.... It's not always pleasant but sometimes necessary.
I'll leave you with this.... Knowing that there are toxic things all around us it is our JOB and our DUTY to ourselves to detox regularly and get rid of all that is bad in life so be excited about the ULTIMATE DETOX because it's a thing!

So Many of you have been following me for a while so this should be right with the theme. The blog!! So here are my top five tips or the S.P.E.A.K method I use for success!
1. SET GOALS:
This is the most important piece of the puzzle because if you don't have a goal then you don't have direction, and with no direction its impossible to Comte a RAC, you will forever just hover the end result because you don't know where you are going. So fir sand foremost set your goals and be super specific because this all helps with visualization and planning which test me to tip 2!
Another thing you know about me if you have been following me a while and that is that I PLAN! Lol life can get confusing if you are focused on wt you need to do and prioritizing your life! Failing to plan is truly planning to fail backseat this is also a key element necessary to find your roadmap for success! Anything you do needs a plan, think about it, you don't even get dr shed f the day without planning your morning Ruth and outfit so why wouldn't you plan your success in life??
This is a step that some people miss or don't put at the top of the list but it's critical to remain educated on everything, if you're are in mating or sales, be sure to stay updated with wha your company puts out and also be sure to educate yourself soh at you can teach others. The bes part about success is the fat that you can bring others with you s stay educated so you can't educate others.
For the sake of my acronym I used a not so familiar word for Break lol. So one thing I have been great at doing in 2017 that I was never good at is simply taking a break from life for a day and having time to reset, myself, my mind, my life!! I've has few vacations this year and I'm having a GREAT year with my biz as well!!! Imagine if the going got tough and I decided to give up?? Thanks me to my 5th and final tip!!
5. KEEP GOING:
Did you know if you quit you AUTOMATICALLY LOSE?? Well sadly lots of people don't get that concept and it robs them if success before they even begin and it's a sad thing to watch. Adult just QUIT so take a break if you have to and you need a breather that's ok but whatever you do.... Do NOT quit!!
